Sabri Plaza, a landmark of distinction in Mirpur, took seven years to complete and was officially established in 1991 by Haji Abdul Aziz Sabri (Scotland, UK), as a charitable 80-bed hospital serving the local community.
Now, nearly two decades later, with Haji Sabri’s continued blessings and the dedication of his sons, Commander Khalid Aziz Sabri and Advocate Sajid Aziz Sabri, this historic site has been thoughtfully transformed into Azad Kashmir’s largest and most well-equipped boys' hostel.
As of 2025, SAJID SABRI BOYS HOSTEL stands proudly as a shining example of British-standard student living — secure, spacious, and fully equipped with a wide range of modern amenities. Ideally located in the heart of Mirpur City, the hostel sits directly across from DHQ Hospital and is just a 5-minute walk from MUST University, offering unmatched convenience and accessibility.

HOSTEL FACILITIES
Our hostel features 65 fully furnished, carpeted bedrooms, designed to provide a clean, comfortable, and homely environment for all residents.
We provide over 200 high-quality foam mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. (Bed frames are also available upon request)
Our in-house canteen offers round-the-clock access to tea, coffee, soft drinks, and a variety of confectioneries to keep you refreshed any time of day or night
Enjoy fresh, homestyle Pakistani meals served twice a day, prepared in-house using freshly sourced herbs, meat, and vegetables bought daily. Each meal is made with care, ensuring a delicious and healthy dining experience every time.
Our dedicated staff takes care of cleaning rooms, hallways, and sanitising shower rooms and toilets, including trash collection and disposal to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hostel
For your convenience and spiritual well-being, we have an in-house masjid where residents can perform their prayers in a peaceful and dedicated space. It’s a quiet sanctuary for worship, available to you at all times.
For residents who commute by bike, we offer a dedicated, secure motorcycle stand with space for up to 50 motorcycles. The area is fully monitored by CCTV cameras, providing round-the-clock surveillance
Unlike most other hostels, we offer the added convenience of an in-house resident Electrician, available to address any electrical issues quickly and efficiently. Whether it’s a minor fix or urgent assistance, support is always on hand
We have a dedicated resident Hostel Manager living on-site to oversee daily operations, ensure discipline, and provide support to residents. His presence guarantees a well-managed, safe, and responsive environment where any concerns can be addressed promptly and efficiently.

Our 28 backup batteries provide up to 8 hours of continuous electricity during load shedding, keeping essential services like lighting, fans, and WiFi running smoothly with zero interruption to your comfort or routine.
We provide 2 water coolers equipped with filtration systems, dispensing fresh borehole-sourced water that’s clean, safe, and always chilled — available to all residents around the clock.
All rooms at Sabri Hostel are fully ventilated, ensuring a constant flow of fresh air for a healthier, more comfortable living environment — no stuffiness, just breathable comfort year-round.
For added comfort during warmer months, air conditioning units are available on request in select rooms — offering flexible cooling options tailored to your needs.
We have our own fresh, natural borehole water at the hostel, ensuring a reliable and clean source of water for all your daily needs
